SELECTION METHODOLOGY
India’s Most Trusted Education Awards not only recognises the institutions but it also declares them the best in their particular category based upon the rigorous techniques, survey & selection methodology. IBC follows a very transparent and authentic process of selection which involves a tremendous field work & research to better understand what the people and the society want and why do they want it. The parameters undertaken to conduct the process helps us to best identify the factors which influence the consumers while choosing a particular institution and allow us to select MOST TRUSTED educational institutions.
The following will give a better insight about the selection process:
Level 1 : The first level of the process was initiated by conducting a consumer survey for the most trusted educational institutions in various states of India wherein the consumers (students, teachers, mentors, parents, alumni, etc.) were asked to give their valuable responses upon the infrastructure, student development, faculty, academic curriculum, course material, management, extra-curricular activities, admission process, placements etc. and at the same time to ensure the credibility of the whole process a trust rating was given to each of the institution by the respondents.
The survey sample covered all 28 states & 8 union territories of India where in 1,54,821 responses / votes were obtained & over 500 institutions from various fields of education were nominated by the consumers.
Level 2 : The research team thoroughly examined all the responses obtained through the consumer survey and a list of 500 best educational institutions was generated. This list of the best institutions was further evaluated & rated on a scale of 1 to 10 (where 1 is the lowest and 10 is the highest) by the team keeping in view the parameters mentioned the above level in order to best reflect the choice of the consumers and top voted 200 institutions were shortlisted and sent to a panel of eminent jury members.
Final Level: The jury reviewed the 200 shortlisted institutions and rated these institutions on a scale of 1 to 10. (The jury consists of top renowned leaders from various areas such as Education, Advertising & Media, including an international expert advisor. The identity of all jurors is kept confidential except among the Jury members themselves, so as to keep the selection process unbiased). The list of the final 100 Most Trusted educational institutions of India was based on the scores received by the jury members, editorial team and the responses & the trust rating obtained from the consumer survey.
20% weightage was given to the IBC team evaluation.
30% weightage was given to the jury scoring.
50% weightage was given to votes/responses obtained via consumer survey.
Analysis: The cumulative scoring of IBC team, jury and consumer votes was undertaken to finalize the winners of "INDIA'S MOST TRUSTED EDUCATION AWARDS 2022”.

As we identify India’s educational institutions and leaders who are on a continuous improvement journey, we want to recognize their efforts – not only as an award for what they have accomplished, but to establish role models for lessons learned and to inspire others to improve and pursue their own journey of excellence.
Whether your institution is a privately owned or a government institution, providing education in one or more fields, you are welcome to self-nominate.
Also, if you think that some other institution or an affiliate institution which is has an outstanding reputation and has been contributing its fair share towards the society and the education industry then you can even nominate that particular institution. It is advisable to inform institution which you are nominating as a third party in advance so as to avoid any confusion and ensure a smooth completion of the process, in case we need to contact them.
Nominated institutions will be initially screened by IBC Team/Jury Consilium for suitability. Those institutions passing this initial screening will be invited to participate further in the evaluation & selection process.
There is no cost to nominate. Please note that completing this nomination survey, while required for award consideration, does not guarantee your Nominee's inclusion. Inclusion is subject to meeting certain criteria consistent with the mission, objectives, and policies of the IBC Consilium.
